With 31 years of experience as a loan officer,
Jeff brings his wealth of expertise to the business. Having previously operated his own mortgage company, he now lends his talents to Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. Jeff's leadership will spearhead the sales team responsible for promoting Lightning Estimates.

Allison brings over 25 years of marketing experience, and over a decade of creating demand and growth for SaaS companies. Allison brings her wealth of experience to drive Lightning Estimates strategic marketing direction with a comprehensive, integrated marketing plan.

Lightning Estimates - Born of Ingenuity 

When Tyler started working in the loan industry he quickly realized how much time was spent on the repetitive task of creating loan estimates; this issue was further compounded with customers wanted to compare multiple loan scenarios, on numerous potential properties. He thought, there simply had to be a more efficient way.

 

After searching for a tool that would solve some of these problems, Tyler came up empty-handed and quickly realized he had to solve this problem on his own. Leveraging his programming skills he built an application that would integrate with mortgage insurance and title companies to pull in the data he needed to create accurate estimates much faster than with spreadsheets. Lightning Estimates was born!

 

Now, it's our mission to bring this application to loan officers around the country - to make life, and business easier, faster, and more accurate than ever!
